📜 Terms & Conditions – End of Year Hat 2025
By completing this registration form and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by Moving Ahead Co. (“the Organizers”):
1. Eligibility & Registration
Registration is open to all individuals who wish to participate in the End of Year Hat 2025 (“the Event”).
Participants must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. The Organizers reserve the right to reject or cancel any registration that contains false or misleading details.
Registration will only be confirmed upon successful submission of the form and full payment of the registration fee.
2. Health, Safety & Fitness to Participate
By registering, you confirm that you are physically fit, free from any condition that may endanger your health or safety, and capable of participating in the Event.
You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries on the registration form.
The Organizers recommend that all participants obtain medical clearance prior to engaging in the Event.
First aid assistance will be available on-site, but the Organizers are not responsible for any medical treatment costs or health-related issues arising from participation.
3. Liability Waiver
Participation is at your own risk. By registering, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Moving Ahead Co., its staff, volunteers, partners, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, or damages—whether direct or indirect—that may occur during or as a result of your participation in the Event.
This waiver applies to injuries, accidents, theft, loss of property, or damages caused by negligence, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Code of Conduct & Fair Play
All participants are expected to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play.
Unsportsmanlike behavior—including but not limited to verbal abuse, physical aggression, harassment, or deliberate violation of rules—will not be tolerated.
The Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event without refund if their behavior disrupts the safety, integrity, or enjoyment of others.
5. Event Operations & Changes
The Organizers reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, venue, or format in response to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation due to reasons beyond the Organizers’ control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule. Refunds, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of the Organizers.
6. Refund & Payment Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Transfers of registration to another individual may be allowed with prior written approval from the Organizers.
Failure to attend the Event will not entitle participants to a refund or credit.
7. Merchandise & Equipment
If included in the registration, event merchandise (e.g., shirts, discs, bags) will be provided during the Event.
Sizes and quantities are subject to availability; the Organizers will make every effort to accommodate preferences but cannot guarantee exact fulfillment.
Participants are responsible for bringing their own appropriate sports attire and equipment unless otherwise specified.
8. Media Release & Consent
By registering, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event.
The Organizers reserve the right to use, reproduce, and publish such media—including images, videos, and audio—for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without further compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify the Organizers in writing prior to the Event.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
The personal information collected through the registration form will only be used for event management purposes.
Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except as necessary for the safe operation of the Event (e.g., providing emergency contacts to medical personnel if required).
The Organizers will comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws in handling your information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
Any disputes arising in relation to the Event or these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam.
